From their website:

  • We don’t believe in using preservatives
  • As much organic ingredients as possible
  • As much local ingredients as possible, often times from our sister farm, Selva Armonia.
  • We think microwaves are scary!
  • We believe that if you can’t pronounce an ingredient, or the ingredient has a number in it, such as… Polisorbato 60 or Amarillo 5 that it should not be in the food and should not go into your bodies
  • The only dairy we use is cheese, and only on items that state that it’s there. We make a concerted effort to limit the amount of animal based saturated fats to keep your arteries clean and unclogged.
  • No red meat or Chicken, sorry! We don’t believe in hurting these animals and we don’t trust what commercial farms use with these animals, such as antibiotics or hormones.
